Three different occasions, a different doctor each time I used this clinic in the space on a month, constantly fobbed around, being given meds that were not actually dealing with my problem. So I had to keep going back, 185 euro I have spent going to this absolute scam of a practice!! 25 euro I was charged for a nebuliser yesterday ( one that I didn't ask for might I add ) because the doctor literally did not have a clue, eventually just got told to go to A&E because the doctor was just looking at me so clueless?? I had to google to make sure he was actually qualified, surprisingly he is. Absolute scam racket, they make it seem like they are so great and convenient compared to your GP! 30 minutes I was waiting in the waiting room, no one ahead of me, and no one in with the doctor, receptionist in and out and they laughing and giggling between them, and I was treated like such an inconvenience when I was eventually called in. It was clear the doctor was just on his phone not a care in the world, because even when I was in there his phone was still vibrating away on the table so its obvious you dont have their full attention!! NEVER AGAIN!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF GIVE YOU WRONG MEDS NOT ACTUALLY TREAT THE PROBLEM SO YOU HAVE TO KEEP COMING BACK!!!
I recently attended the clinic and receptionist Grace was very helpful, i had attended with covid and Grace went out of her way to have a doctor call me on whatsapp as my phone number wasnt working due to traveling from the USA, i know personally i would freak out if a covid patient came up to me but she remained extremely professional and followed up with me afterwards to make sure i was taken care of! 10/10 service, i would 100% recommend attending this clinic 💯
Needed to apply for blood test container appointment booking and it was nicely granted
Felt like it was a complete waste of time. Didn’t have any information or answers for me. Told me to keep an eye if it get ms any worse to go to the hospital. Should he not try and prevent that ???
I walked in and saw a doctor within 5 minutes. Great service. Doctor did thorough examination, and sent script to pharmacy of my choice. Great value at €40 offer. highly recommend. Walk in doctor service greatly needed in the area.
