Appointment felt rushed. Dr seemed dismissive. Appointment was for a child. No warmth at all from doctor. It felt as if she wanted us out as quick as possible. Not a good experience. Hopefully better experience next time.
Deirdre was very welcoming , helpful and efficient when booking my appointment and gathering my details. Dr Vini was very friendly and professional during my consultation with her. She was very thorough in making a diagnosis and was very clear about my course of treatment and fully answered all my questions about my recovery. Very happy with my overall experience
I would like to express my gratitude to Deirdre the receptionist she was so professional and so caring and it was lovely having a woman to.woman chat about experiences in health wise. She made you so comfortable.. I went into dooctor with my daughter to get a referral for an mri and we got talking about an issue I had and she gave me appointment right after my daughters appointment..it was great. The Doctor she was so caring and understanding and no rush pushing u out. Definitely will return when I need again. THANK U
