Very good and pleasant experience. Receptionist was very understanding and easy to talk to. The doctor was excellent, showed care and compassion. I didn’t feel rushed if anything it was the other way around. Very grateful for the service, it’s very hard to get GP appointments when one becomes unwell and walk in clinic like that makes all the difference. Prefer to use this clinic than GP who is never available and charges for everything. Thank you .

Absolute lovely people to deal with, great place
As it was a Sunday there was no Gp's open so we had to avail of Doctor.ie Dundalk. And the service was excellent. The area where the practice is located is very run down and derelict, even the front of the practice but one you walk inside it is a different world. The reception area is spacious & clean. The receptionist is lovely. We booked in, received a patient form via email to fill out, which gave a time to which we would see the doctor (12pm) We were there at 11.15am, and we were called at exactly 12pm. Dr Sandra was lovely, she listened and examined my daughter with care. We didn't feel rushed and Dr Sandra advised us that we could come back in a few days to see her should my daughters symptoms don't improve and she will investigate further.
Very good service, lovely doctor. Great to have this available at weekends and evenings in particular so not having to take time off work.
