I’ve had microneedling , hydroglass facial and dermalux treatments with Katarina and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is so lovely, gentle, and professional, and always takes the time to explain everything properly and make you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The aftercare advice was excellent, and I always felt well looked after. Appointments were always on time with no waiting around, and everything was handled very professionally and confidentially. She was always happy for me to phone or drop in if I had a query before or after the appointment. Katarina was also so accommodating whenever I needed to move appointment times, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was relaxing and there was never any pressure to buy products or more treatments . Most importantly, my skin looks amazing after the treatments — healthier, smoother, and glowing. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely continue going back.
My experience was phenomenal. Martin is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and professional, with a fabulous personality. I love the advice and top class treatment l received and felt so much better about myself after my treatment . l look forward to my next appointment.
