Extremely satisfied, when I arrived at the clinic I was seen very quickly. Diarmuid was extremely sound and easy to chat to. The entire appointment only took about twenty mins, no nonsense - just a good job. I am planning on returning to this clinic for any other issues I have that they specialize in. Could not be more satisfied

I attended Concept Hearing for a hearing test and for new rechargeable hearing aids over a year ago now. I have had hearing aids from other suppliers in the past and had not much success. The level of care and attention that I received was first class but the most important thing was the after care which I have received when I need any back up with my hearing aids.

I recently purchased rechargeable hearing aids from concept hearing. I am a long time hearing aid user and found the experience from start to finish an excellent experience. I also received warranty and aftercare which gives me great peace of mind.

I attended for ear wax removal in Midleton in Cork with Diarmuid the Audiologist. The clinic was clean and the Audiologist professionally and demonstrated with a live video of the ear wax removal process. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend.

I attended Concept Hearing with an Audiologist in their cork clinic for a hearing test recently. The service was top class from booking right through to fitting of my new hearing aids. I received a free trial of my hearing aids and got a PRSI grant of €1000 towards the cost.
