I arrived for my 8:15 appointment a few minutes early, I was asked to take a seat in a very comfortable and clean waiting area with plenty of reading materials, the appointment itself was straight forward where I met Diarmuid who was very friendly and professional and very informative, overall I was very impressed and I will be using this service from now on

I attended Concept Hearing for a hearing test and for new rechargeable hearing aids over a year ago now. I have had hearing aids from other suppliers in the past and had not much success. The level of care and attention that I received was first class but the most important thing was the after care which I have received when I need any back up with my hearing aids.
