يتمتع د. عصام المجدلاوي، اختصاصي جراحة المسالك البولية، بخبرة طويلة في جراحات المسالك البولية والتناسلية المتطورة ويتحلى د. عصام بالعديد من الصفات الناجحة التي أهلته لممارسة المهنة بشكل احترافي ومنها الحماس الشديد والابتكار ، كما له العديد من الأبحاث الطبية والأكاديمية المنشورة في أشهر المجلات الطبية العالمية فضلاً عن قيامه بتقديم عددٍ من العروض التقديمية الطبية في كبرى المؤتمرات الطبية في مختلف أنحاء العالم. وقد حاز د. عصام على درجة شهادة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة في العام 1999 من جامعة النهرين ، كلية الطب ، بغداد . وكذلك زمالة البورد الأوروبي لجراحة المسالك البولية ، هولندا في العام ٢٠٠٥ وكذلك زمالة البورد العربي لجراحة المسالك البولية ، العراق في العام ٢٠٠٦ بالإضافة إلى العديد من الشهادات الدولية الرائدة. كما إنه عضواً في المجلس الأوروبي لجراحة المسالك البولية والجمعية العالمية للطب الجنسي وجمعية الإمارات للمسالك البولية.
