I could not have been happier with the care I have received from Yemi Kuponiyi. Whenever I had a question (and I had a lot) or was worried about something, he always helped immediately. He always stayed calm and listened to my needs. So pleasant to be around him. He never made me feel uncomfortable and I appreciated his honesty. Who knows if I had my beautiful baby boy today if it wasn’t for him. I am incredibly grateful for everything he has done for me. I would recommend Yemi to any pregnant woman, but especially those that have complications or had a loss in the past.

I had an emergency C-Section which Mr Kuponiyi was called in to perform. He arrived quickly from when he was called in, explained why it was needed and swiftly performed the operation which I recovered from very well. Although Mr Kuponiyi was on holiday, he reached out to me concerning other pregnancy related issues that came up (not related to the c-section) and always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns. I definitely plan on going back to Mr Kuponiyi for my next pregnancy and delivery.

Yemi saw me through my entire second pregnancy, which ended in a planned C-Section he performed at Chelsea and Westminster hospital. I am extremely happy with the care I received. He was very professional, thorough and friendly, and always took the time to answer all our questions. The C-Section and delivery itself was textbook without any complications. The scar has healed very well and is barely visible now (seven months later), owing to his meticulous technique. So in short, I would definitely recommend Yemi.

I am so grateful to Yemi for looking after me through my pregnancy and at the birth of my daughter. My pregnancy was not without complications but Yemi’s professionalism and calming manner meant I always felt safe and in control. He is an excellent doctor who really listens to mothers (and fathers) and gives evidence based advice. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Mr Kuponiyi performed my Caesarean section in September 2018. He was polite and professional and instantly set my husband and I at ease with his charming bedside manner. The operation was uneventful with minimal blood loss. I was discharged the next day and made a speedy recovery. I have been thrilled with the appearance of my scar from his meticulous technique. Dr Yemi’s professionalism and care is unrivalled. On many occasions in the past few months — from an emergency where he came through after hours, to checkups and IUD placement, his knowledge, professionalism and gentle approach is reassuring and comforting. I’ve been to many gynaecologists for the past 12 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now unless it’s an emergency out of the country.
