Mr Kasbekar was brilliant - he saw our 6 week old daughter extremely swiftly, and was kind, caring and professional. He took us through the procedure in detail and also gave us a thorough aftercare leaflet which was really helpful. She’s recovered from the procedure very quickly and is doing really well! We can’t thank him and his team enough!

Mr Kasbekar was brilliant, after and long and frustrating battle to get our son help via the nhs we sort help elsewhere. The experience from start to finish was excellent and stress free. My whole experience with Mr Kasbekar and the team at the Park Hospital was excellent from start to finish. My son, Charlie had surgery on his ear with Mr Annand Kasbekar. Our first meeting was amazing. We had more attention than we had ever had at previous appointments at our local NHS hostpital. We didn't feel at all rushed and we learned more in the one appointment than we had in the last 5 years of my sons life. We were so pleased that Mr Kasbekar had a solution for us. Charlie felt very comfortable with the information that was given to him, clearly, to help him understand what was wrong and what could be done to help him. He felt part of the process, which is so important to him. On the morning of his surgery we were met by the team at the spire, who welcomed Charlie and got him settled in. We all walked down together and Charlie got ready for surgery with great confidence. As a mum it was one of my biggest worries. But the whole team of doctors and nurses prepared him for everything. He was actually very excited to go. The surgery went really well. The nursing staff looked after Charlie for the whole day. They couldn't do enough for him. The hostpital itself was more little a hotel. Clean, warm and friendly. Post surgery, Charlie recovered very well. His ear was sore, but we managed to get him well again quickly. After 6 weeks we went back to see Mr Kasbekar for a check up. The results were incredible. We are absolutely over the moon. Charlie's surgery went even better than expected. He can hear much better. He is much more confident at speaking to people, as he can hear what they are saying. He is enjoying being in groups and seems to have gained great confidence since his surgery. This has been a life changing opperation for Charlie. Mr Kasbekar and his team at the Spire are incredible. We will forever be grateful.
