Extremely professional and reassuring

Sam listens well, is calm and kind. She provided clear advice pre surgery. I had a right hip replacement op which was totally successful. I had very little swelling and bruising after surgery. I recovered much faster than I expected. Having had the left hip replaced by a different surgeon, I can say with confidence, Sam is the best! I am delighted with the outcome.
