I am so pleased with the service provided by Dr Karadaglis. He really took the time to explain in great detail to me the process and what was wrong with my shoulder. He had to put 6 anchors in my shoulder and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I have been worried about my shoulder popping out for 6 years nearly and now I feel a lot more confident. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of shoulder surgery. A very pleasant man with huge experience and ability. Thank you so much!

I have been to Mr Karadaglis for a few times now, and he has been nothing but professional. He always did his best to explain and advice me - one thing I appreciated was that he never went for operations which would be invasive, always trying to solve it as ‘natural’ (for the lack of a better word) as possible. Even before the survey, his mannerism was on point (aka he did not behave nice just because I had to complete this). My only complaints would be that appointment times would not be respected, as I always got in later (don’t know if this is necessarily the Dr’s fault, but it is included in my overall experience) & that the surgery time felt a bit rushed, making me go as fast as possible through my symptoms / experiences etc (again, not necessarily the Dr’s fault, as he probably has a schedule and surgery standards to comply with). In conclusion, as I do not attribute the above issues directly as the Dr’s fault, and given the otherwise great experience, he definitely deserves the 5*.

Dr Karadaglis treated me with empathy and understanding. His conduct was very professional whilst also being friendly and approachable. I felt very comfortable.
