Excellent service

Very clean, staff helpful and friendly.

The hospital was unbelievable. All staff including pharmacy were amazing. The post operation staff of nurses took great care of me, from leaving the theatre to being discharged. Very friendly, conversational and with a great sense of humour. The physio team went above and beyond to ensure my personal needs and progress were cared to — making sure the right physio was paired with myself so the progression of the injury was sped up and maintained. Great experience!

The reception staff were polite and courteous. I was seen for my appointment within 10minutes of my scheduled appointment time. The hospital isn't as clean as I remember from previously. The drinks area was a bit messy. Overall I had an excellent experience and would recommend anyone to come to Spire Roding.

Staff were excellent. The coffee machine was not working that day.

Dr Ray had a busy clinic that was well managed.

Very good. Clean and friendly environment with pleasant staff and tea/coffee available while waiting. Even when I was late I was seen very quickly on arrival.

Its a nice hospital. Ample parking, facilities for coffee and tea.
