Very good but was somewhat unique dur to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic so many facilities were restricted / unavailable.

Appointment system very efficient and helpful, in particular his PA Sharon Riley. The nursing team always interested and pleased to see me and my progress.

Easy access and welcoming, all staff were very friendly. Appointments were on time every time

Overall a good experience although the appointments were not on time. On one occasion over half an hour wait. Need to be more realistic is allocating appointment times

Very efficient and simple process to attend the appointment. Good updates on waiting time by the receptionist.

Some confusion between staff directing me to various areas for tests etc
