Very very friendly everyone really put you at ease. My own dentist Camilla is wonderful.

My dentist was great, she offered me alternatives in alliviating my pain and worries before having to go through extraction. The treatment was done quick, fast and as limited pain as possible.

I recently contacted Sandown Dental Practice as I had just arrived on the island for a short break but had a painful dental issue. Receptionist Tracey listened carefully to my problem, assured me she would speak to the team to see if they could help, despite the fact they were extremely busy, and call me back. She soon rang back to say I could be seen if I came immediately. On arrival everyone was very friendly, I was impressed with the spotless modern premises, and the efficiency with which Covid rules were followed. To my relief I was seen and treated very quickly. I was no longer in pain and my holiday was saved! I cannot thank the staff enough for understanding my predicament and making time to help.

Had to wait almost 30 minutes with hardly an apology.
