Friendly, efficient, welcoming

Dr Jacobs is a lovely paediatrician who put my daughter at ease from the first moment he saw her. He made the appointment about her, asking her questions rather than speaking through me the parent, and that in my opinion is so important ! His secretary Zohra is also amazing, and their working relationship ensures you are treated like an individual who is valued and respected rather than just a patient .
