Fantastic team - Lorraine & Milly were awesome, got my bloods first attempt - this is the first time this had happened . Usually the nurses have a few attempts before they get some blood. Brilliant work girls !! Xx

I’ve nothing to compare with, but at no point in the pre-assessment, main appointment or process for being admitted as a day case for my operation was there anything I felt could be improved.

Easy to find in quiet location. Parking wasn’t a problem. Hospital small and cute. It had a homely feel.

Both surgeries I attended were running between 30-60 minutes late (not that much of a hassle given that the surgery itself is clean, spacious and provides free hot drinks. Car park is absolutely tiny so arrive early or be prepared to park in the side streets
