Comfortable friendly staff

Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.

Consultant was great but no one else seemed to know what they were doing. I was sent to one place to book an ultrasound, another for a blood test but initially no one there, then given an email address to book my own echocardiogram. I had to remind them I needed to give info for my private heath care, as they didn’t ask, just took swipe of my credit card.

I saw specialist within a couple of days and this was good for my spirit as I have been living with a health issue.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.
