Professional, Friendly, took time to explain thing to me without feeling rushed

Good bedside manner. Obviously expert in his field of cardiac arrhythmia. He listened carefully then decided an ablation was needed. Fairly short wait before procedure was conducted very professionally. Advice then out patient appointment was made before next day discharge. Successful outcome.

Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

Dr Griguer was extremely thorough, took a very pragmatic and helpful approach, and offered clear and extensive explanations. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Just what you would hope for from a doctor, and sadly not often the experience nowadays. He asked all the relevant questions, was patient, and gave a full and reassuring assessment.

I had a consultation with Dr Patel a while back, followed up with him doing an angiogram and then fitting a stent. He is a lovely man, very calm, relaxed and friendly and who gave me every confidence that he would sort out my problem.

Professor Patel is a very experienced, knowledgable and friendly doctor who helped to explain what I needed to know in my appointment with him. He has a very good way of making medical jargon comprehensible for non-medical people.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.
