Erin was keen to keep me building toward full recovery and ongoing maintenance, we even did 121 reformer pilates sessions so I learn to do those properly and add that that core-focused work into my workout regimen. These are all examples of how when I walked into a session, I had the highest confidence that Erin would listen to my symptoms, assess them and adapt my treatment as needed.
