Mr Smith, was, pleasant, personable and had an excellent manner. I felt at ease immediately. He suggested a pathway which was completed at my convenience. Dr Smith was present at the procedure along with the technician and both were great. I was tested and the results were explained in detail, in plain English by Dr Smith.
