Over the last few months I have had many appointments that eventually resulted in a surgery with Dr. Jahangir Ahmed . I have had a very positive experience throughout. His expertise in ENT care was evident, and his recommendations were thoughtful and tailored to my needs.

Explanation of charges outside of what would be covered by my insurance was lacking. I was left with unexpected bills.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.
