The ladies at reception were very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Chopra was very professional. He saw us in, examined my husband, answered all questions we had and gave us a peace of mind. He is very patient and understanding and definitely makes his patients feel at ease. Thank you!

Able to use facilities across the NHS trust so was able to use a cancellation slot at st Mary’s to get a same day MRI . Prefer that support private care in NHS hospitals so that resources go back in to the NHs hospitals

Consultant was great but no one else seemed to know what they were doing. I was sent to one place to book an ultrasound, another for a blood test but initially no one there, then given an email address to book my own echocardiogram. I had to remind them I needed to give info for my private heath care, as they didn’t ask, just took swipe of my credit card.
