Great, Mr Mackay is excellent at talking with clients. He explained all very well pre and post surgery. He allays fears and explains all aftercare required.

Mr.mcKay was very friendly, understood that I would try with the throat spray and have the option of sedation. He made me feel at ease during the procedure explained every step.

Very direct and reassuring about procedure, made comment that cleanliness of my bowel was adequate. I diligently followed instructions of Movicol, so not sure how to get bowel any cleaner than adequate.
