Overall a very good experience. The treatment is excellent. The introduction of the new clinic during COVID has made a huge difference providing a much more calm and relaxed atmosphere. Most of the staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive. Sometimes new staff can understandably be a little inexperienced. The overall atmosphere makes a difficult procedure very bearable.
