Everyone was so friendly and all procedures were explained very clearly….very little wait time.

Informative and professional

All the important items were excellent but some small items. The clinic needs to answer the phone! I called 5-6 times to confirm appointment and ask for directions and could not find a time the phone was answered.. the clinic also needs to provide guidance by text or email and confirm that it is understood.

My visit was very good as always with my consultant Mark Cahill.
