Clinic recently doing a few goof ups with appointment date n time hopefully the admin team will be cautious to address it. Else it’s an add on pressure to the doctor with back to back appointments n if the procedures are lengthy.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Samah! She is super professional and very kind.. I highly recommend this clinic! Really try it and you’ll thank me later haha

Pharmacy services are very bad .

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff members are courteous and efficient, ensuring that the entire process runs smoothly. I would especially like to commend Dr. Dina Ismail for her exceptional care and professionalism. Dr. Dina was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options. Her expertise and genuine concern for my well-being made me feel confident and reassured. Thank you, Dr. Dina, and the entire team at prim Al Warqa, for providing such excellent healthcare services. I highly recommend this center to anyone in need of medical care.

everything was smooth and quick just one thing the male bathroom was clean but the smell was horrible, kindly put some air freshener or install something to eliminate bad smell thank you and regards,
