01. Phone

This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. We’re interested in what makes you tick, how you think, and what you could bring to our company culture.

02. Face to face

You’ll be invited to meet the Hiring Manager for a competency-based interview. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to prepare for the day.

03. Task at hand

You’ll present a short task related to the work you’ll be doing if hired. This is a two-way street: we encourage you to ask questions and you’ll have a chance to meet some of the friendly people who could be your future colleagues.
