Therapy for people who’ve already figured it out—and still can’t change it.
I work with analytical, high-functioning adults who understand their patterns but still find themselves becoming reactive, overwhelmed, shut down or unable to switch off when pressure rises. Common concerns include anxiety, ADHD-related overwhelm, burnout, recurring relationship patterns and the effects of trauma or complex trauma. Often, the problem is not a lack of insight. It is that the reaction operates at emotional and physiological levels as well as an intellectual one.
My approach follows three connected stages: Regulate → Integrate → Consolidate. We first build nervous-system capacity through practical regulation work and HRV biofeedback. Where appropriate, EMDR or Lifespan Integration helps process what is still generating the reaction. Psychodynamic work, values and strengths then help make change durable and available in everyday life.
I am a psychotherapist licensed by the Austrian Ministry of Health, with more than ten years of clinical experience. I offer online and in-person psychotherapy for adults in English, German and Hebrew.

I came to therapy after losing my father and feeling lost about who I really am. He gave me space to grieve and helped me find a more solid sense of myself. He's thoughtful, grounded, and easy to trust. I left every session feeling a bit more like myself.
He helped me step out of cycles of worry and handle conflict without falling apart. I feel calmer and clearer.
The work made a real, noticeable difference to my stress levels and sleep. He explains everything clearly and tailors it to you. I feel more balanced and less run-down. Highly recommend his approach.
For years I lived with anxiety and fear I couldn't shake. Therapy helped me understand where it came from and how to calm it.
Practical and understanding, helped me build structure into my days in a way that sticks.
helped me find clarity and confidence when things were falling apart
I live in my head a lot. Therapy helped me reconnect with my body.
Helped me get out of survival mode and feel more solid
The early months of parenthood completely overwhelmed me and I felt like I was failing. He created a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about things I'd been ashamed to say out loud. He helped me understand my reactions and be gentler with myself. I feel much more present with my family now, and far kinder to myself.
helped me through one of the most overwhelming times of my life with real patience and skill. I feel like I can breathe again.
