Very caring, experienced and knowledgeable doctor on wound care and burn related issues. Dr.Neelama is best Plastic Surgeons, as I had experienced with other plastic surgeons too for my daughter second degree deep burn wound and finally I consulted her after my dissatisfaction with two other plastic surgeons in Dubai.
