Dr Gupta has been an extremely empathetic Doctor, listening to both the child and the parents questions and concerns. He patiently and clearly explains the plan of treatment whilst putting the patient and their family at ease and not making them feel like they may have asked a silly or repetitive question. He is an expert in his field. As a parent it's essential to have a Doctor who understands the condition and diagnosis from start to finish and is able to articulate that to the family.

We were astounded by the doctor Kowshik’s exceptional level of knowledge, particularly in regards to all the new advancements in technology used to manage diabetes. He knows everything about pumps, closed loop systems, glucose monitoring systems, new insulins. Helped us to improve average glucose levels. It was truly remarkable to witness his deep understanding and proficiency in this field. Additionally, the doctor's kind and caring nature only added to our admiration for them. Dr.Kowshik is a blessing to my family! As a mother when I first find out that my son 6 years old was diabetic it was a sudden news it shocked me & disturb our peace as a family. We were recommended by a friend for Dr. Kowshik, so we traveled from Kampala, Uganda to UAE within short time to see him. As we reached we came with out making booking but he was willing to help with a great welcoming. First thing we got was PRACE. Very professional, humble & patient with a big heart and understanding. He helped and guide us how to manage and take care of our son he made sure everything was well with his controlling & balancing. As we traveled back he still assist us with everything our son needs.
