My experience with Dr.Juan was a good experience because I understand what will happen in my surgery and what is the side effects after the surgery and he was very respectful and I understanded what he was saying in other hospitals they don’t let you understand what will happen.

Dr.Juan He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about me. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand.

He was late, did not care and could not wait to get rid of me. Sent me for blood tests and two weeks later ask me where ultra sound was. What ultrasound? How must I know that I have to ultrasound if no-one tells me to go. Also after blood test I waited for 30 minutes in waiting room before nurse tells me doctor will not see me again. No prescription, no advise, nothing.

I was in pain due to my kidney stone, he gave me pain medication and meds for 7 days. After ultrasound result, he said he will send approval for CT scan. I was waiting for any feedback from him but almost 7 days and nobody called if what would be the next treatment for me. I was even the one who made the follow up. I did not come back to him anymore and I just seek consultation to other urologist. I just felt that nobody cares and no concern from your team.

Dr. Juan was able to accommodate my walk in request within a short period. He was very kind during the visit.
