Mr Zola Mzimba was absolutely brilliant in explaining everything to me and was very professional yet very mannerly ,I had a bleed the night of my surgery and he took time to phone me and direct me on what to do and then phoned again later to check that everything was ok , we were extremely grateful for that especially when he had been doing surgeries all day . I wish all doctors could be as good as he is.

Dr Mzimba was brilliant, gave me all relevant information at our initial meeting , and the day he did the treatment he had me at ease, and the procedure was performed with very minimal discomfort.

I experienced extreme pain during the procedure and am extremely disappointed with the results. The procedure was overall unsuccessful and I felt it was rushed in the assessment and the procedure. I would not recommend this clinician or procedure to anyone and felt extremely traumatised by the whole event. Despite voicing my discomfort and pain during the procedure at no point did I get offered additional analgesia or a choice of general anaesthetic as an alternative option. I have informally fed back to Mr Mzimba at the follow up appointment. I am not satisfied with the formal response offered by Mr Mzimba and will be seeking further advice in taking this matter further.

Informative and the operation went well. The only downside was my appointment was scheduled for 12.30 and I had to wait over 2 hours before I got operated on.
