HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

I recently saw Mr Davis and he was wonderful. He was kind and put me at ease right away. The procedure was easy and he followed up with me by phone. His nurses were also fantastic. When I had a question, I got a prompt response which I really appreciated.

I visited 2Me Clinic a few days ago and amazed by the service I received. The friendly staff gave me a warm welcome, and Dr Anne took the time to listen to all my questions and explain everything. I felt truly heard and never rushed. The first-class service exceeded all my expectations. Thank you!

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

It is a dream come true to be sitting here pregnant after our first frozen embryo transfer and writing this review, especially after enduring two natural ectopic pregnancies. We were recommended CRGH and cannot express enough gratitude for the support and professionalism from everyone there. From our consultant to the sonographers, nurses, and even the receptionists, we can wholeheartedly say that, thanks to all of you, we have enjoyed every stage of our IVF journey and have had a really positive experience with the clinic. Everyone was extremely attentive, caring, and empathetic, and we are so grateful to have conceived our baby through this clinic. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of us, we’ll always appreciate you all. We're glad this isn't goodbye forever and look forward to returning for our other frozen embryos in the future.
