Excellent service. Only minor problem for me was hearing clearly what some staff said (pitch, softly spoken, not speaking directly to me)

My experiences of OneWelbeck have been wholly positive. I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. Everyone that I have met there has been professional and friendly, and the whole experience made me feel in very safe hands.

Outstanding experience at Audiological Science! The audiologist was highly skilled and attentive during my Ear Wax Removal appointment. The procedure was quick and painless. The clinic offers a range of top-notch services, from hearing tests to personalized hearing aid fittings. I left feeling relieved and well taken care of. Highly recommend their expertise and care!

Helpful receptionist, nice quiet reception with nice amenities

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
