Amazing practice: friendly, polite, helpful and efficient!

All the staff are always so friendly and put you at ease. I can actually say for first time in my that I quite enjoy my trip to the dentist!!!

I was very upset to be charged another £26.80! I paid £70 in March to have a white filling done then 3 weeks ago it started to break, therefore I came back to have it rectified. The dentist I saw, not the original lady, Kia I think her name was, told me it was nothing to do with the latest filling but a previous one on the same tooth. I beg to differ as it was in the same place as the new filling. So either it wasn’t done properly or she had disturbed something from the previous one. However, I am not happy with the service I received and his argument with me. I have worked in the health service most of my working life and was always taught the patient is correct and not to be argued with.

Good all round experience

I have been a patient with this Dental Surgery for almost 20 years. At all times I know that I am getting the treatment necessary for me to maintain a healthy mouth. Where action is required outwith my bi-annual checks, this is always fully discussed and explained to me and the necessary work done. The ancillary Staff also complement the efficiency of a practice where the patient matters. For anyone moving into this area I can most certainly recommend they contact the Surgery.

Warm, friendly and a very thorough job. The only thing, is to make sure the hygienist brushes/polishes your teeth. and not just flosses them before the £70 half an hour is up.
