I would recommend the clinic to anyone, especially those who don’t feel they have been helped by the NHS. The clinic offers amazing therapists, a dietician, EMDR therapy, support workers, therapy for under 16 year olds, specialist ED training, and can sign post clients to many other sources of help and support, in the most kind and caring manner. It is also very affordable compared to most other private clinics or therapists.

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.
