It was thorough, thoughtful, and comprehensive.

Very helpful advice from dietitian, has really helped me with IBS & gut issues. For that reason I would definitely recommend the Gut Health Clinic. Take notes at appointment as you are given advice to immediately act on, but follow up letter is sent 7-8 days after appointment. So, you don’t want to wait around for a week without acting on advice. Booking an appointment and invoices are sent immediately and promptly. If you email with a question for help with your programme, be prepared as it may take 2-3 weeks to get a reply. They are very busy and see lots of people. It may be a good idea to summarise in each follow up meeting, to remind dietician of what you have agreed and where you are with everything. All in all a positive experience, the information, guidance and support I have received from my dietitian has been excellent.

My interactions with The Gut Health Clinic have always been efficient, friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my appointment with Gaby. She was engaged, empathic and personable. She was a good listener and was very knowledgeable- she gave me some interesting food for thought (pardon the pun) such as eating chia seeds and psyllium husks with my oats in the morning. I will definitely be following her advice to keep a food diary.

Easy to book appointment and join consultation call on line.

Tanzil is absolutely amazing everytime could not recommend enough

Excellent advise from Dietician. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Really helped me with gut issues. The only problem that needs to be addressed is no telephone number for the Gut clinic. This means you cannot get a speedy response when needed and may have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for a response. Often chasing emails are needed. I do not think this this is due to lack of staff efficiency. I think it’s due to being understaffed. They need to employ more administrative support.

Good discussion with the hour appointment. Impressed with everything that was suggested.

Discover the story behind why Dr Megan Rossi founded The Gut Health Clinic. 💫 As a registered dietitian and gut health scientist, Megan’s foremost passion is to help people through personalised care. She saw that people were receiving nutrition advice that wasn’t backed by science, leading to suboptimal results and more stress and confusion. Her goal was to provide the high quality, results-driven service that people deserved. So in 2019, Megan brought together leading gut specialist dietitians to establish a London-based clinic for those suffering from issues with their gut and beyond. The clinic now also serves everyone around the world virtually. The clinic offers support for all nutritional needs using the latest scientifically proven strategies — from food intolerances and allergies to gut disorders, weight management, mental health, women’s health, immune health, baby & kids nutrition and more.
