I phoned to enquire abut a last minute appointment, due to my travel schedule, which i was able to get quickly. I had a truly warm and reassuring appointment with Dr McBurnie today. The practice is very calming and makes you feel welcome. I left with a plan for my health issue and looking forward to returning to maybe try some of the therapies they offer. All in all a great experience.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

All staff I met were polite and helpful. The consultation was dealth with respect and plenty of time given to answer questions. Thank you.

I have seen Marta de Oliveira for pelvic floor Physiotherapy for a couple of times and I can say that was super helpful all I have learned with her. I am now pregnant and not having to deal with the issue I had in the past. I highly recommend her to anyone that has pelvic floor issues. She is extremely professional and friendly.
