You will also find the most advanced private cancer facility in Europe here, a place combining state-of-the-art equipment with top class oncologists and clinicians who treat every type of cancer. There's a wide range of cardiac treatments available, from diagnostic tests for congenital defects to surgery for people with very serious heart conditions. The brilliant neurosciences department leads the way on spinal and neurosurgical problems. The respected London Neurosurgery Partnership, a group of eleven top class spinal and cranial neurosurgeons, collaborate to provide comprehensive, holistic care. Pioneering treatment for brain tumours completes the picture thanks to the minimally-invasive Visualase system, which means it's often possible to perform an operation without shaving the patient's head. First class service, I can't fault it even if I tried.

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

At reception/ front desk, everything is complicated and not centralised. Reception desk lost a request form for an IRM scan scheduled ages ago and the doctor had to produce a new one last minute so I didn't have to miss my slot. In other clinics, everything is centralised at reception: appointments/ form completion and payment. At this clinic, you run from a place to another in a maze and waste so much time. I had to wait over 40min to get a blood test done in the morning while fasting. Important to flag that the staff is super nice and friendly. It's the clinic's organisation that is messy.

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.
