We recently visited Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Reena! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is bright, cheerful, and full of fun activities that kept my child entertained and relaxed. Dr. Reena is absolutely amazing with children. She has a warm, calming presence that instantly put my child at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns. The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. I highly recommend Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and Dr. Reena to any parent looking for a fantastic dental experience for their child.

I was very happy with the way I was treated

The clinic is wonderful! Excellent service, great communication, and a fantastic play area for kids. We managed to have fissure sealants done for our 3-year-old without any stress, leaving us with completely positive emotions and impressions from the visit. Special thanks to Dr. Jasmine. My son loves coming back to the clinic, thinking it's a playroom. Thank you so much for the excellent service! This is the best service I've experienced in any medical facility in London.

My first visit was yesterday but the practice was very clean and the receptionist was very friendly. I actually commented how great the rest of the team was to the reception whilst making my follow up appointment for next week. The Dentist was particularly good at showing me everything that she was talking about whilst letting me look at my mouth in a hand held mirror (this has never been done for me before) but I felt it was a very good way to deal with your patients. Sometimes I also have felt in the past that if you are an NHS patient you don’t always get given as much time or sometimes they don’t seem as happy about doing the work needed but I had no feeling whatsoever about this in your practice and that is something I also appreciated. Many thanks for the 1st experience as I could not fault a thing.

So grateful that the dental studio offered up children's appointments. The staff were all wonderful and put the kids at ease.

I am very disappointed by the standard of care and attention, particularly the standard of the fitting of dental plates right from the start, recently I was told that my gums had shrunk, but the bottom plate did not fit from the very beginning, when adapted it cut into my lower lip and caused an infection and I have not be able to wear it without discomfort even though the dentist tried to adapt it. My upper set has parts of the plate with sharp or pointed edges which creates great difficulty and pain when eating. The right side of this plate has a large gap between my plate and gum where my little finger can fit, when I try to chew this causes get pain and embarrassment when the sandwich or other food becomes stuck there, or even pulls my plate out, I wear a gel to keep them located even that struggles to cope with them.

Receptionist Donna is so very polite and friendly. Renata & Sarah are very professional and put you at ease. Very friendly 😊
