I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.

I was really impressed by David. I have been having issues with my feet for years and it took him around 5 minutes to work out what the real problem was, before making a custom set of orthotics for me which I could take away with me from our first appointment. David very much understood my goals as an amateur athlete and gave me a training plan to enable me to return to running in a safe and mindful way, which is working perfectly for me.
