Dr Rutkowski was incredibly understanding and thorough during my appointment. He took the time to address my anxieties throughout the process and shaped the diagnosis and treatment process to help me overcome them.

Dr Tarzi was pleasant, professional and explained what was and was not possible regarding testing and the inflammatory response I experience. He proposed a course of action including a blood test. I was able to book a follow up appointment with the receptionist and Dr Tarzi promptly emailed me the necessary form to book a blood test. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

What a difference, Olympia was exactly as every healthcare professional should be and more! I saw a previous healthcare professional who seemed to have little interest in my urticaria as her only response was it is unknown and I was dismissed. Even though this condition is still not fully understood the cause, Olympia discussed exploring it further to see if it presented anything but also the other options available should it not improve with treatment.
