During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

The staff ensure that post procedure my family who had come to visit me and take me home were well informed on after care. Every member of the team from the nurses, anaesthetists and doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly, making me feel valued, cared for and ultimately safe. The facilities at the Holly House are top-notch. The hospital is clean, modern, and well-equipped. My room was comfortable, and the environment was calm and conducive to healing allowing me to focus on preparing myself mentally for my procedure.
