The ladies at reception were very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Chopra was very professional. He saw us in, examined my husband, answered all questions we had and gave us a peace of mind. During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.
