When trying to make my final appointment, there were a few problems. Initially I telephoned the hospital and had to leave a message with someone, giving all of my details as no one was available to make a booking for me. I unfortunately missed the call back, but a message was left. I called the number they gave and again had to pass on all of my details as no one could make a booking for me. They did call back and I provisionally made an appointment, but then realised they thought it was a first appointment rather than a follow up. The person on the phone apologised and told me someone else would need to call me as that's a different department!l. This was a Friday. I then had to telephone myself the following Wednesday as I'd still not heard back. I needed to pass on all of my details again and was told someone would call me back, to which I explained what had happened and this person then managed to make an appointment for me. Due to the time all of this took, there were no appointments for a while, which meant I had to get another months worth of my medication before seeing the Dr.
