What a fabulous place. I’m wishing I had private medical insurance. The hospital had a calm relaxed atmosphere. All the staff were friendly.

Lovely hospital. Nurses can be a bit of a gamble. Last time one of the nurses was so nervous she was late for my surgery she closed the door in front of me going into the theatre...it was actually quite funny the anesthesiologist told her 'your forgot your patient'! Other than that everyone is so lovely and the place is extremely clean. Rooms are very comfortable (it feels more like being in a hotel than a hospital!). Receptionist are also lovely and the food is great!

As a regular “customer”, I regard The Montefiore as my second home. The care and cleanliness was brilliant but there are issues with housekeeping and catering that need addressing and a revision of patient rest time that need to be looked at.
