Nick is understanding and considerate of the emotional toll my recovery from surgery has taken and he's always provided warm encouragement. His specific technical knowledge on anatomy and training exercises is very detailed. He really knows his stuff! Nick is a first class physiotherapist. I feel grateful to have him work with me.

He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.
