I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

Professor Sidhu really listened to me and offered a step by step plan to help me recover. She was aware of my nervousness regarding the gastroscopy and had a calm and reassuring approach.
