Perhaps the most outstanding feature of my experience with Professor Purkayastha was his compassion and clear devotion to what he does. He shows humility and never underestimates the trust placed in him, considering it an honour to be able to help. It was a privilege to be treated by him and my surgery has been a huge success! Special thanks also to Dr Alex Wickham, consultant anaesthetist, who prepared me for surgery and allayed any fears. Also to Marcella who makes everything run smoothly and for always being friendly and helpful.

This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.

Friendly and approachable, my experience with Mr Gould was excellent, he obviously has extensive knowledge in his specialty and together with a caring nature and first class communication skills meant I felt very confident in his diagnosis

Dr Philipose seemed to have excellent knowledge of his field. He quickly got to the bottom of my medical issues and provided thorough and helpful explanations, answering all my questions. At our first consultation I found his manner a little cool, although I felt our interactions warmed up on subsequent meetings.

Excellent service from both David and his assistant Pam from start to finish. Very accommodating and results sent very quickly. Highly recommend.

Dr Majumdar really listened to everything I had to say about my symptoms and asked questions thoroughly. His investigative work is impeccable. I was in great hands. His secretary is very quick to respond back to any paperwork, scheduling further appointments or follow up questions I may have for Dr Majumdar. To summarise. Mr Dixit successfully performed the required operation. He showed great skill in cholecystectomy and knowledge in related issues. Both pre and post-op care was also excellent. Mr Dixit ensured that all information was clearly explained and fully understood at each stage.
