The treatment provided by Dr Nikolic is, without hyperbole, life changing. It means I am no longer in constant pain through which I could not sleep and undertake normal style activities. As a result of his work in am 99% pain free and it feels wonderful. Dr Nikolic has a pragmatic approach to his treatment. He explains all options and I consider myself fully informed at every stage. I went to Dr Almahdi thinking my back pain was due to spinal stenosis but he examined me unlike other doctors I had seen and thought I may have facet joint pain. He was absolutely right and this led on to spinal nerve blocks to diagnose the matter and then radio frequency ablation. I am truly delighted with the effect.
